All Users must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, place bets, or participate in any gaming activity on emo99. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. emo99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and deposits refunded minus any winnings or bonus funds.

While the Platform operates in English to serve Indonesia's international-preference betting audience, all Users must be physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and during gameplay. Users traveling outside Indonesia must not access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not register an account if you are legally prohibited from gambling due to court order, self-exclusion, bankruptcy proceedings, or any other legal restriction.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on emo99. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing betting limits, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. emo99 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.
To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national ID (KTP) or passport, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must also create a secure password meeting the Platform's complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters).
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, emo99 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You will be prompted to upload a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership.
KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. emo99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify emo99 support immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change (e.g., change of address, phone number, email address). Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or inability to recover your Account in the event of login issues.
emo99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Users; however, VIP-tier players may be subject to enhanced transaction monitoring in accordance with AML regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows: Standard tier: Rp 50,000,000 per day; VIP Gold tier: Rp 100,000,000 per day; VIP Platinum and above: negotiable with your account manager.
Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed instantly in over 95% of cases. In rare instances where a deposit does not reflect in your Account balance within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. emo99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis during operating hours (24/7, 365 days per year). Average approval time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. Funds are transferred to your designated bank account or e-wallet within 1–6 hours, depending on the receiving institution's processing time. emo99 does not charge withdrawal fees. You may make up to 3 free withdrawals per day; additional withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching the name on your emo99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover requirement) before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. This anti-money laundering measure prevents the Platform from being used as a currency exchange service.
All bonuses and promotions offered by emo99 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. emo99 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel any bonus from Users suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, matched betting, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms (e.g., "30× bonus amount", "40× free spins winnings"). Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; table games contribute 10–20%; some games (jackpot slots, live dealer games with low house edge) may be excluded entirely.
All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion). If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. emo99 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods except in cases where Platform downtime prevented normal gameplay.
While wagering with bonus funds, Users are subject to maximum bet limits (typically Rp 25,000 per spin/hand/bet line). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. These restrictions are in place to ensure fair play and prevent bonus abuse.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, bets will remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided due to cancellation, the remaining valid selections will stand and odds will be recalculated accordingly.
All live dealer games are streamed from Evolution Gaming's certified European studios and operate under the rules published by the game provider. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes refunded. Draw results are determined by official licensed lottery operators and published on the Platform immediately following each draw. Winning tickets are automatically credited to the User's Account balance within 15 minutes of result publication. emo99 does not control or influence draw outcomes and cannot be held liable for disputes arising from third-party lottery operator results.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on emo99 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. emo99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, emo99, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of emo99 shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the claim.
emo99 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, telecommunications failures, power outages, or strikes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
emo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. In such cases, we may withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms wrongdoing, funds may be forfeited. If the investigation clears you of wrongdoing, your Account will be reinstated and funds released.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. emo99 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email 30 days before any fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your Account once every 12 months.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emo99 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting emo99 support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction's recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

emo99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and emo99 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
